Code of Conduct

Danzer Group wants that the high ethical and legal standards of its commercial activities are woven into the very fabric of each employee’s daily life.

Thus Danzer Group has developed a Code of Conduct for countering bribery and related matter. This code aims to exclude corruption and bribery from business transactions. All employees must follow. The compliance to the code is checked by Danzer Group’s internal auditing.

Danzer Group created its code of conduct in cooperation with the Swiss inspection company Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS). It is based on

• the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions;
• the anti-corruption convention of the Organization of American States (Inter-American Convention Against Corruption);
• the anti-corruption convention of the African Union (African Union Convention on Preventing and Combating Corruption).
